We started out sharing a hobby of effective strength training with friends. I had taken time off work to focus on health and was training every day. This quickly became a group training because the gyms were closed down during COVID. Soon Horizon became a business.
We focus on results that you feel and see to motivate you to keep going. 2. We want to empower to be able to train yourself and help the people around you. 3. We believe that training should match the seasons of your life.
We change each session based on your lifestyle: it doesn’t make sense to go all out when you haven’t slept or have a big presentation at work coming up. When you have extra time and energy we dial it up.
What we do is based on what you want to achieve within your training budget. We go from there to create a training that you enjoy (more than you expect) and that gives you results. We work together to give you something you enjoy.
